Our Watercolor artist Limoges box appears ready to begin a new masterpiece with its enclosed brush. The image on the lid is the Limoges artist's reproduction of Gauguin's Painting Arearea - meaning joyousness. The work was inspired by the artist's first trip to Tahiti and now is now in the Paris Musée d'Orsay.
